Renee
owner
Writing has been a passion of Renee’s since she could pick up a pencil. After working in freelance writing and marketing for nine years, Renee realized perhaps her wildest dreams of becoming a full-time writer were possible, in 2020, when Tamarack Creative opened its doors.
When Renee isn’t writing, she volunteers as a firefighter on the Pequot Lakes Fire District, spends time with her family in Canada, enjoys cycling, reading, and traveling the world.

Hi–I’m Kate Hamilton.
A writer, a taker of long rambles through the woods. An affectionate transplant to Minnesota from Washington State. I write because it’s human nature to tell a story. The best way to connect with other humans is, most often, through anecdotes and genuine conversations.
That’s what I strive to do every time I sit down to write. Create a connection with another human being by being genuinely interested in what they love. Who they love. How they pour themselves into living.
That is endlessly fascinating to me.

Content Creator
Faith is a digital marketing professional with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing & Advertising. She enjoys storytelling while always keeping an eye on results to help businesses grow by creating marketing ideas that are both creative and effective.
Faith’s favorite things are travel, trying different foods, and being with her friends. She went to college in Arizona & lived in Hawaii, but is from the Brainerd Lakes Area.
She loves social media because she loves that it can connect people.
